2. Use of Services

You agree to use VTS services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of our services, including attempts to interfere with systems, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when setting up accounts or requesting services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and equipment.
VTS is not responsible for damages or losses caused by client negligence or misuse of services.

4. Payments & Billing

Fees for products and services are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Payment terms are specified on invoices. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
Equipment purchased through VTS remains the property of VTS until payment is received in full, unless otherwise stated.

5. Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number to VTS, you agree to receive informational messages and marketing messages, which may include appointment reminders, account notifications, promotions, and service updates.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

VTS provides products and services as described in your service agreement.
We make no guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Any manufacturer warranties for equipment will apply; VTS does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Service Modifications

VTS may modify or update services, pricing, or features as needed to maintain or improve operations. Clients will be notified of material changes that affect their agreements.

9. Termination

VTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to pay invoices, or engages in unlawful activity. Clients may terminate services according to the terms of their contract or agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, logos, and branding are the property of VTS and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Oregon.
