Service Coordinator

Job Description:

VTS is seeking a dedicated and organized service coordinator. The chosen candidate would be responsible for coordinating the company service and project schedule and serving as the primary point of contact for both customers and technicians. This role involves managing communications, scheduling service calls, and collaborating closely with the procurement department and project manager to ensure seamless scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls on main business phone line, transfer calls, and manage multiple calls at once if necessary
  • Create service tickets from customer calls and emails
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls with customers via phone or email in a timely manner
  • Serve as first line of communication for customers and technicians
  • Manage technicians’ schedules
  • Maintain accurate customer account information
  • Miscellaneous standard office duties

Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Familiarity or experience with service coordination and receptionist duties
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Schedule coordination skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Proficiency in typing skills
  • Ability to multitask

This position operates in an office space and requires extended periods of computer use.
